Tre anni dopo il successo di “Veckatimest”(n.8 nella Billboard) tornano i Grizzly Bear con il quarto cd “Shields”(già n.17 in Uk e Australia).La band indie-rock di Brooklyn riprende il filo con un singolo come “Yet Again”,dalla melodia non molto complessa se spogliata di alcuni orpelli messi lì piu’ per dovere di apparire alternativi che per nobili intenti.Un’ottima reputazione li precede e quindi ascoltero’ l’album di cui già l’altro estratto “Sleeping Ute” mi aveva invece ben impressionato.
