"Opening" è il titolo del quarto album di Chris Ayer,28enne cantautore di Brooklyn che ha scelto la title-track come singolo di lancio.L'artista indie-folk si apre a sonorità piu' popolari con buona efficacia e sarebbe un piacere ascoltare piu' spesso i suoi brani alla radio.

Il 15 maggio esce il terzo disco dei Sonohra.Si intitola "La Storia Parte Da Qui" ed ha al suo interno anche il singolo "Si Chiama Libertà" con Hevia e la sua cornamusa.Il duo veronese sembra aver capito che bisogna crescere artisticamente per non far la fine di altri idoli del teen-pop e quindi confeziona un brano che non ha nulla di sbalorditivo ma va apprezzato,piu' che per la collaborazione con l'artista spagnolo,per i toni finalmente piu' sobri e minimali con sprazzi evidenti di maturità.

Il 14 maggio esce "Unpatterns",il terzo album del duo electro-house londinese Simian Mobile Disco.Guardiamo la clip del singolo ufficiale "Seraphim",dai ritmi ossessivi e ipnotici,ideali per un ascolto notturno.

Dopo il buon successo dei suoi album precedenti,ritorna Richard Hawley(ex Pulp) con il settimo cd da solista "Standing At The Sky's Edge" in uscita a inizio maggio.Il primo estratto "Leave Your Body Behind You" lo ripropone con un muro di chitarre  a sovrastare la sua voce,elemento a mio avviso essenziale per un quasi crooner come lui.Di certo si tratta di un buon pezzo ma lo preferisco con sonorità meno rumorose.
