Dopo la mega-hit con Britney Spears,è arrivato il momento di pubblicare il quarto cd "#willpower" che dopo tanti rinvii,arriverà nei negozi da fine aprile.Il compito di accompagnare la release dell'album di Will.I.Am  spetta a  "#thatPower",collaborazione con Justin Bieber che calca la mano su sonorità simili a "Scream & Shout" ricavandone solo una sbiadita copia.

Tra le tantissime novità dell'album chart ho scelto di farvi ascoltare Charlie Wilson,cantante soul-R&B dell'Oklahoma che a 60 anni non molla,forte di un passato glorioso nella The Gap Band,progetto funk di grande successo nei primi anni '80.La sua carriera solista è giunta invece al sesto cd "Love,Charlie" con il quale centra la quarta posizione.

Si intitola "Conduit" , il sesto cd dei Funeral For A Friend,band rock hardcore gallese attiva dal 2003 e che ha passato di sicuro il momento di maggior popolarità dei primi tempi.Ora debuttano alla 34 e qui li ascoltiamo con i due singoli fin qui pubblicati.

Si conferma al vertice "Get Up(Rattle)" dei Bingo Players con i Far East Movement.Ma si avvicinano minacciosi Macklemore & Ryan Lewis che proveranno a bissare la #1 negli States e per ora si fermano alla 2.Completano la top5 WillIAm e Britney,Taylor Swift e poi Rihanna con "Stay".

Oggi vi presento The Dirty Heads,gruppo reggae rock californiano che si ripropone dopo 4 anni col secondo album "Cabin By The Sea",appena entrato alla 18 in classifica.Ascoltiamo il singolo attuale,nulla di innovativo ma piacevole e senza troppe pretese.

374mila copie valgono a Justin Bieber con "Believe" la vetta della Billboard ma soprattutto la miglior prima settimana,superando il risultato di "MDNA" di Madonna.Comunque non restano solo briciole alle altre nuove entrate in quanto dalle 193mila copie di  Kenny Chesney con "Welcome To The Fishbowl" e le 50/100 mila di Fiona Apple con "The Idler Wheel..." e The Smashing Pumpkins  con "Oceania",nessuno puo' lamentarsi essendo in piena estate.
