Uscirà a Marzo “Ten”, il secondo album della diciottenne australiana Gabriella Cilmi.La conosciamo per la hit del 2008 “Sweet About Me” che cantava a 16 anni con un piglio da donna molto più matura della sua età.Sebbene si trattasse pur sempre di pop,niente faceva presagire l’evoluzione(?) a cui state per assistere nel prossimo video.”On A Mission” è un brano che ricorda la musica dance degli ’80.Un repertorio saccheggiato da molti artisti ma non,che io ricordi, a questa velocita’ di Bpm.E’ immediato e molto orecchiabile ed ha grandi possibilità di avere successo.E poi è un pezzo “double-face” con qualcosa di quasi “indie”(la velocità citata prima) e qualcos’altro di più attuale(l’evanescenza comune a molti altri brani pop-dance attuali).
