james_newton_howard_the_hanging_tree“The Hanging Tree”(#15 USA) è la traccia di maggior successo dalla soundtrack del film “The Hunger Games – Mockingjay Part.I”.Un vero lavoro di squadra con la voce del premio Oscar Jennifer Lawrence,sulla strumentale del compositore 63enne James Newton Howard e con il testo scritto dai Lumineers e Suzanne Collins(autrice del libro originale).Devo dire che la traccia non mi convince al di fuori del contesto cinematografico(ma è giusto così),se non per la deliziosa interpretazione della cantante/attrice.
